100% Solids Build Coat
The structural body coat under most floors we sell. One hundred percent solids, so the film you put down is the film you get. Flake it, broadcast quartz into it, or run it as a clean build coat.
JP Resin New Level Flow is a crystal clear 100% solids epoxy in three gallon kits, the same bucket their metallic floors ride on. Crews that run JP end to end can build from here. Call for pricing.
Simiron 1100SL is the national name in 100% solids self-leveling, and it lives on our shelf for crews that spec it by habit. Base plus activator, clear, two-gallon kits, same bench and the same straight answers. Call for pricing.

Before You Pour
Coverage, plainly
A 3 gal kit runs roughly 250 to 400 sq ft depending on the mil build you are chasing and how much the slab drinks. Bring us the square footage and we will count the kits with you.
Why 100% solids matters
No solvent flashing off means effectively no shrinkage. The wet film thickness you lay down is the cured thickness you keep, which is what durability actually comes from.
What it pairs with
This is the coat you broadcast flake or quartz into while it is wet. Cap it with the UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, or run it under a metallic as the level base.
Shipping and will-call
Ships nationwide from Tracy, CA. Local crews will-call kits the same day. Data sheets and SDS on request, one phone call.
Is this the right coat to broadcast flake into?
Yes. This is the wet body coat the flake lands in on nearly every flake floor we supply. Time your broadcast to the working window and it locks the chip in for good.
How thick should I build it?
Depends on the system and the traffic. Garages run different builds than wash-down rooms. Tell us the job and we will give you a target mil build.
Can I recoat the next day?
Recoat windows are on the data sheet and they matter. Inside the window you bond chemically, outside it you are sanding first. Call if your schedule is tight.
Does it work in a cold garage?
Cure slows as the slab gets cold, and every resin has a floor temperature. Tell us your conditions and we will point you at the right working time.
What prep does it need?
A mechanically profiled, clean, dry slab. Grind it, vacuum it, test for moisture. Skip prep and no resin on earth will save the floor.
