Every coating on our shelf asks the slab for a specific profile. Grind too light and the floor peels; grind too hot and you chase scratches through the finish forever. The generic rental counter does not know what CSP-2 means for your polyaspartic, and it does not care. We do, because the floor you are prepping is probably getting our material.
So the grinder leaves this bench set up for your concrete: the right segments for the hardness, the dust extraction to keep it legal and clean, and a straight answer on how the slab should look before you open a single pail. That is the difference between renting equipment and renting an outcome.

Call the bench
Tell us the slab, the square footage, and what is going down after the grind. Sealed concrete, bare broom finish, and old epoxy all want different diamonds, so the machine gets set up for your floor before you ever see it.
Pick it up in Tracy
The grinder is staged, tested, and loaded with segments matched to your slab. We help you load it, and you leave with dust shrouds, cords, and everything the machine needs to run all day.
Run it with backup
Before you pull out of the lot you get the walkthrough: passes, overlap, speed, and what the concrete should look like when the profile is right. Hit something weird mid-grind, like mastic or a soft slab? Call. A person who runs these machines picks up.
Bring it back, keep moving
Drop the machine, hand back the diamonds, and get on with the pour. If the coating is coming off our shelf, the material can be staged and waiting the same day you return the grinder.

Most crews book the grinder and the material in the same call. The slab gets profiled with our machine, then the base coat, color, and topcoat come off the same shelf, matched and field-tested. Before you book the machine.
What kind of grinders do you rent?
Walk-behind planetary floor grinders sized for garages, shops, and light commercial slabs, plus the dust extraction to run them clean. Tell us the square footage and we will put you on the right machine instead of the biggest one.
Do the diamonds come with it?
Yes, and this is the part the big rental counters get wrong. We fit metal-bond segments matched to your concrete’s hardness and whatever is on top of it, so the machine actually cuts instead of skating. Segments are billed by wear, and we show you how to read them.
I have never run a floor grinder. Can I still rent one?
Yes. You get a hands-on walkthrough at pickup, and the bench answers the phone while you grind. If you would rather learn it properly first, the training academy runs slab prep as part of every session.
How long can I keep the machine?
Daily and weekend blocks are the usual rhythm, and longer runs are easy to set up for commercial work. Call the bench with your dates and we will hold the machine for you.
Why rent from a resin supplier instead of a rental yard?

Do you deliver the grinder?
Pickup from the bench in Tracy is standard, and most crews grab it with their material run. If the job is bigger than a pickup truck, call and we will figure out the logistics together.
