quartz broadcast
Graded sand for floors that take a beating.
Graded, kiln-dried quartz for double-broadcast floor systems that take heavy abuse. Field-tested quartz broadcast supply shipped nationwide from Exclusive Resin Supply.
what it is
When the floor has to outlast everything on it.
Quartz broadcast floors are built for punishment: commercial kitchens, locker rooms, garages, and industrial spaces where a thin coating would not last a season. We stock graded, kiln-dried quartz in the sizes that double-broadcast systems need, so the floor builds thickness and grip at the same time.
It is more material and more work than a flake floor, and it is worth it where abuse is the rule.
Build the thickness into the floor, not onto it.
where it shines
Where it earns its place.
Commercial kitchens, breweries, locker rooms, food plants, anywhere with a floor drain and a hose. Double-broadcast quartz builds a thick, textured, slip-resistant surface that survives heat, chemicals, and constant wash-down where a thin coating would peel inside a season.
It is the most material-heavy system we sell and the most rewarding where it belongs. We carry the graded, kiln-dried quartz and the grout and seal coats that lock it tight, plus the moisture barrier you will likely want under a wet-area floor. Tell us the room and we will spec the full buildup.

questions from the bench
Spec & support
Why quartz instead of flake?
Thickness and durability. Double-broadcast quartz builds a thick, slip-resistant floor that survives traffic and wash-down where flake would wear.
Is the quartz kiln-dried?
Yes. Dry, graded quartz broadcasts evenly and bonds cleanly. Damp sand is a problem you do not want.
Do I need colored quartz or pigment?
Most quartz floors get their color from pigmenting the base coat and broadcasting clean graded quartz into it. Tell us the look you are after and we will spec the route.
How many broadcast coats?
Usually two for a proper system, with grout and seal coats over the top. We will spec the buildup for your space.
Is quartz good for a commercial kitchen?
Yes, paired with the right base and a moisture barrier where needed. It is one of the toughest floors we supply.
